1. Sign Up or Log In: Create a new account or access your existing account.

2. Create a Listing: Click 'List Your Property/Room' and navigate to the 'Properties/Rooms' tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Select 'New Property/New Room' and follow the prompts to enter comprehensive details about your property, including location, amenities, pricing, and photographs.

3. Set Availability: Define the dates your property is available and specify any applicable conditions or restrictions.

4. Review and Publish: Carefully review the information you have entered and click 'Finish' and wait for us to approve your listing to go live.

When creating a property listing, please provide the following:

1. Property Details: Type, location, and description.

2. Amenities: Select Features and services available.

3. Pricing: Rental rates and special offers.

4. Availability: Booking dates and restrictions.

5. Photographs: High-quality images of the property.

6. Contact Information: Your account email address will be used for guest inquiries.
